When you register your child (children) please bring the following documents:
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security
- Immunization Records (Updated)
- Proof of Residence (Electric bill, Water Bill)
- Previous Report Card (if outside of CCISD District:
- Any court order or any legal documents pertaining to child.
A notarized letter is required If you and your (child, children) live with relatives
or friend and are in the Galvan boundary. The school has (2) notaries that can assist you.
There is no fee. We need the relative or friend to come with you during registration
to sign the documents. We need them to bring their electric or water bill, and ID
as proof that they live in the Galvan boundary.
